| Description | Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Clermont is seeking to pre- qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not yet previously pre-qualified with our firm. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for approved prequalified subcontractors in February 2019 for submitting sub-bids and participating in construction of City of Clermont Downtown Streetscapes Phase I (RFQ No. 19-011). The following subcontractor/vendor trades are being solicited by Burkhardt Construction Inc.; Traffic Control, Demolition, Earthwork/Grading, Subgrade, Base, Asphalt, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage, Water, Landscape, Irrigation, Paver Bricks, Concrete Curb/Sidewalks and Street Lighting/Electrical.
