Description

Procurement and delivery of the necessary equipment including smart meters, transmitters, data collectors, all software & hardware required for meter upgrades, mobile meter readers, electronic tablets, and appurtenances, for the Town of Berlin’s Smart Meter Upgrade Project. The Smart Meter Upgrade project scope includes upgrading all Town owned water meters to smart meters and any necessary appurtenances, including coordination with the Town, the Town’s meter installation contractor, and the Town’s Meter Reading and Billing systems provider (Tyler Technologies) for startup and testing of all smart meter reading and billing systems.
