Paris Landing Hotel Transient Dock

Removal of the existing transient dock and will be limited to the dock itself. The gangway will remain and be protected in construction and the stiff arms will remain for reuse. The existing dock will be removed and disposed of off park in a manner that will promote recycling of all materials. Contractor will take caution to protect the stiff arms and the gangway these will stay and be reused to support and access the new dock. The new dock will be eight foot wide and one hundred 44 foot long and will use the same footprint as its predecessor. The existing 26-A permit will be sufficient for the replacement. This project will include new flotation, new galvanized framework, and 8x100 44-foot stamped deck dock. Also included will be a 20-foot section of ADA centered at gangway, 270 foot raised perimeter banding board for wheelchair limits. Side cleats will be mounted on ten-foot centers and four solar lights of four thousand lumens equally spaced on the dock at 14 foot in Height.
