Description

Arkansas State University Three Rivers is requesting Proposal Submissions from individuals or firms for the purpose of engaging a contractor (Contractor, Developer) responsible for financing, designing, building, and furnishing an on-campus housing facility, with a desired completion date of May 2025. The primary form of Project agreement will be a ground lease from the College to the Contractor, along with any necessary ancillary agreements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of July 18, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
