| Description | Furnish and install the following list for Northern Virginia Community College during normal business hours. Product and service must include any applicable warranties. Prices must include labor, delivery, installation, etc Furnish replacement and install one (1) indoor evaporator coil: Evaporator Model # TPLP209MAS1BR6 Serial # 189210995 1. Ensure leak free connections at the new Evaporator Coil and Condensing Unit 2. Recharge the system with refrigerant per manufacturer requirements 3. Vacuum the system down to 500 microns per manufacturer requirements 4. Check system operation per manufacturer requirements 5. Remove the existing refrigeration system from the premises and see to it that it's properly recycled and disposed of in accordance with the Clean Air Act and local/national standards Furnish replacement and install one (1) outdoor condensing unit: Condenser Model # TEHA010M8-HT3C-B Serial # 180281976T 1.
