Description

The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality assurance necessary to perform preventative maintenance to the chilled water system, the boilers, and associated steam distribution system. Preventative maintenance shall include both scheduled, and unscheduled visits as needed, to control scale, corrosion, and microbiological growth in all water systems.
