Remove and Replace Automatic Gate

Replace 30’ X 6’ Aluminum slide gate, slide gate operator, loop detector base and keypad security entrance system. 1-Remove existing 30’(w) x 6’(h) gate. 2-Remove existing chain drive gate operator. 3-Furnish and install one (1) each new 30’(w) x 6’(h) aluminum slide gate 4- Install heavy duty slide gate operator. 5-Replace 2 loop detector base 6-Replace keypad security entrance system. The gate will be 6’ tall X 30’ in length. The opening / closing shall be motorized, and the contractor shall complete all electrical connections to the disconnect. Key operated open and shut with a manual operator for emergency use. The contractor is responsible for measuring gate for proper size.
