Mesa LED Lighting System Replacement

Scope of Work: 1. Remove all existing LED lighting strips 2. Remove all wiring from LED drivers to LED strips 3. Remove two (2) control boxes from the top of the lower roof of the shelter 4. Install (2) two new control cabinets with proper ventilation openings at the same place as the existing ones. a. Cabinet needs to exceed all UL requirements. b. Ground connectors must be preinstalled. c. A barrier to segregate primary wiring from secondary wires. d. Suitable for dry, damp, and wet locations. 5. Install wiring duct and terminal strips to land the wires in the new control cabinet. 6. Install a square axial fan at each control cabinet. 7. Mount power supplies at each control panel. 8. Fabricate and install 1”x 3/16” aluminum flat-bars for the mounting of new LED lighting fixtures. 9. Retrofit all LED’s with brand new modules. Each module will create a beam able distribution to illuminate the surface isotopically without any hotspots, providing an even light translucence throughout the colored polycarbonate panels. And to have the ability to bends. No damage, cuts, modifications, or alterations shall be made to LED strips, and carry a (10) year-warranty on parts. 10. Label each control cabinet to the LED Lighting fixture side.
