Snow Removal Services for Coliseum and Tanger

This event is to secure a firm, hourly price for snow plowing and removal services at both the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and Steven Tanger Performing Arts Center as per the attached specifications, and terms and conditions. The effective date of the contract shall be from December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2025. Although the City tries to maintain continuous access to the GePS website, service may be interrupted. Suppliers are encouraged to submit bids 24 hours before the event closes. Period and Terms of Contractual Agreement: The selected Contractor(s) will enter into a contract service agreement with the City to cover the proposed scope of work outlined in Section Two (2) of this RFP. The contract term will be for three (3) years. Services shall begin approximately on December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2025. Contractor must: Meet the minimum insurance requirements Contractor must have at least five (5) years experience Contractors and Mobile Equipment Operators must be trained per OSHA guidelines RFP Questions: Questions regarding this event may be submitted through the Greensboro Electronic Purchasing System ("GePS"). Answers will be posted in the system approximately by November 18, 2022. Questions and Answer Period Closes November 18, 2022 2:00 PM EST Anticipated Contractor(s) Award Notification November 28, 2022 Anticipated Contract Executed Date December 1, 2022 Anticipated Start Date(s) may vary December 1, 2022 This Contract is for snow plowing and removal at both the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and the Steven Tanger for the Performing Arts Center (STPAC). The Contractor must be able to provide and mobilize a minimum of the following equipment and equipment operators necessary for the plowing and removal of snow within a 24 hour notice: o 2 Rubber-tired Loaders o 2 Motor Graders o 2 Dump Trucks o 2 Farm Tractors o 2 Trucks with Salt Spreaders License, Certifications or Contractor Requirements: o Workers Compensation Insurance o Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance
