| Description | 1. All newly installed windows shall meet current egress requirements. 2. All newly installed windows shall match existing color finish. 3. Window glass shall be low-E, Argon Filled and Energy Star rated. 4. Cut sheets of proposed products shall be submitted with sealed bid. 5. Installation will take place nights and weekends. 6. Contractor shall be responsibility of the disposal of old windows. 7. Housekeeping shall be the responsibility of the contractor. 8. Window size verification shall be the responsibility of the contractor. |
