Municipal Athletic Complex Expansion - PB.23.01 - City of St. Cloud

Expansion and renovation of the Municipal Athletic Complex, including; 1.) 27,000 s.f. arena addition including locker rooms, training facilities, and sports medicine space; 2.) 9,500 s.f. lobby addition including offices, ticketing, restrooms; 3.) Replacement of arena refrigeration system; 4.) Dick Putz Field demolition and replacement, including artificial turf; 5.) Joe Faber Field upgrades including drainage correction, artificial turf, additional office and storage space; and, 5.)Mechanical and structural upgrades including roof, dessicant and dehumidification equipment, sound system. As of June 16, 2022, this project is included in the City of St. Cloud FY 2022-2027 CIP. Information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
