H--Rg Ebhd Rehab Water Tank Inspection

Four water tanks are required to be inspected, three 30-foot by 10-foot-diameter steel tanks and a 49-foot-diameter by 24-foot-tall reinforced concrete masonry water tank with roof decking. No existing drawings are available for the four water tanks to be inspected. Steel Tanks: There are interior and exterior ladders, and a 16-inch bulkhead hatches for access into each steel tank. The tanks are only accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles. Concrete Masonry Tank: The concrete tank is accessible from the top, and a manlift is needed for entry. Some of the roof decking is rotten and in need of repair. A manlift will be needed in accessing the roof hatch on top. Reclamation installed a fiberglass liner in 2006. The tank has a catwalk circling the interior of the structure.
