Description

Installation of storm sewer pipes/inlets, pavement (HMA and PCC), sidewalk, curb & gutter, trench drain replacement the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor or determined by the court upon review shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract. All bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the City of Loves Park for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder instructions. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities.
