| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and vehicles necessary to maintain, repair, and replace on a call–in basis, all roofing and roof related services which includes, but not limited to roof inspections, roof leak investigations, roof repair, all roof related support installations to support the facilities operating requirements, removal of snow from roofing drains, and consult Port Authority engineers on upcoming roofing related projects at Newark Liberty International Airport. The Contractor will also be required to provide work that includes Night Work Services at heights and in inclement weather as necessary. |
