Description

Replace existing flat roof system including removal and reset of roof top units. Bids will be received for two different options. Option #1 shall include but is not limited to: Remove existing roof down to the deck and the wall flashings and dispose of debris. Replace or repair any damaged metal deck or wall plate that is found. Provide and install new roof membrane over tapered insulation system and to provide all labor, materials and installation as needed. Option #2 shall include but no limited to: New pre-fabricated sloped wood roof trusses w/ standing seam metal roof over existing flat roof area.
