Demolition of (2) Warehouse Buildings

The Burke County Board of Commissioners is accepting bids for the demolition and removal of (2 each) Warehouse Buildings and adjoining loading dock located on the corner of Myrick St and Barron St in Waynesboro, GA. SCOPE: (contractor is responsible for the following) Field verify all existing conditions prior to submitting a bid. Demolition and Removal of (2) existing pole barn style warehouse buildings. Demolition and Removal of concrete loading dock on rear side of warehouse buildings. Building demolition to include but not limited to: metal roofing, metal siding, fire sprinkler piping and risers, electrical, masonry, all wood structures, concrete slab/paving, and any other construction material adjoining to these two buildings. Please note: if there is any material that can be salvaged, this value should be credited to the total bid price. Burke County reserves the right to keep any of the building materials removed which they deem useful. The site should be clear of all debris and rubble at completion and elevations should be graded to allow for proper water shed. Please include copies of your Company's W9, General Liability and Worker's Comp Insurance.
