All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial asphalt road repair. This Request for Quote is issued by the James City County ("Owner") to obtain quotes for grading and asphalt overlay of driveways and parking lots. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by David Osborne, Wastewater Facilities Superintendent. All work shall be completed within 30 days of the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. Underlined text in this document merits careful review. Vendors shall submit a price for each location as described in the Scope of Work. Separate awards shall be made for each job site based on the lowest responsive and responsible Total Base Quote for each site.
