Description

The 2021 Texas Legislature awarded Lamar State College Port Arthur funding to construct a new Allied Health and Sciences Building. The proposed building will contain right-sized and modern instructional skills laboratories, simulation spaces, state-of-the-art science laboratories, and classroom spaces, for the Allied Health department. The new building will be located adjacent to the existing Allied Health Building on the LSCPA campus on Proctor Street. As currently programmed, the building is proposed to be 31,850 assignable square feet which translates to approximately 51,500 gross square feet. The Owner designates the following person as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall restrict all contact with the Owner and direct all questions regarding this RFQ, including questions regarding terms and conditions, in writing to the Point-of-Contact person, via email only.
