Replacement of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System

The West Virginia Secretary of State (WVSOS) is seeking to upgrade the centralized Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system that supports server hardware located in Room MB44 in Building 1 ofthe West Virginia State Capitol Complex. This project will involve the purchase of hardware and necessary services required to decommission the existing 'end oflife' UPS and replace it, by way ofinstallation and configuration, with a new UPS. WVSOS staffwill also need to be trained to operate and manage the new UPS system. WVSOS is located at State Capitol Complex, Building 1, Suite 157-K, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305. Question Deadline 04/07/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Develop a timeline for the UPS system project Identify the components ofthe UPS and any appropriate add-on components to meet the requirements detailed in this Request for Quote (RFQ) Decommission and Uninstall existing UPS system Take delivery of new UPS system Install new UPS Conduct an Operational Trial Evaluate the results ofthe Operational Trial and any additional collected information Train the WVSOS on the proper use ofthe new UPS; and Provide all required documentation, including warranty and extended service documents Extended Description: Materials and labor to replace identified Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems located in the State Capitol complex - Building 1, suite 157-K 1900 Kanawha BLVD East, Charleston WV 25305, per the attached documentation.
