| Description | The Arizona Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the Department, has a requirement for a contract for the procurement of Twenty one (21) Mechanical Pickup Broom style Street Sweepers Five (5) Regenerative Air Style Street Sweepers in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Specifications. This contract with a company (ies), herein referred as the Contractor, is for the use of the Department and the following entities herein referred to as Local Public Agencies (LPA’s): City of Mesa, City of Buckeye, City of Apache Junction, City of Phoenix, Town of Cave Creek, City of Glendale, City of Peoria, City of Tempe, Pinal County, City of Avondale and the Town of Gilbert. |
