Water World Alpine Springs Excavation and Pipelines

Qualified contractors for foundation excavation for two new sumps/water tanks,and structural repairs to an existing sump/water tank, water supply piping, storm drainage system, and site grading. Over excavation and structural fill with underdrains will be required under the sumps and the Splash Pad for the new ride.. Shoring will be required. Contractor will be responsible for all labor and materials except for piping, which will be supplied by Owner. Teating and quality control will be by owner. Permits will be by owner.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities.
