Description

The Work is for construction of the CITY OF ST. CLAIRSVILLE - EAST END BELMONT COUNTY WATER CONNECTION AT ST. CLAIRSVILLE EAST CORPORATION LINE including installation of 750 LF of 8-inch PVC water main by open trench methods; removal of an existing pump station and master meter pit; replacement of existing horizontal split case pumps at water plant booster station; installation of a new precast concrete master meter vault complete with ductile iron piping and valves, strainer, master meter, reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow protection, solenoid control valve and associated appurtenances; a chemical feed building; making tie-ins to existing water mains; restoration of disturbed areas; and other work necessary to provide a complete operational water connection from the Belmont County Water and Sewer District water system to the City of St. Clairsville water system.
