| Description | The scope Work for JATC South wall extension and new classroom 1. Extend walls to the ceiling in three classrooms on the second floor per drawing. 2. Install new wall, relocate door, and add door to enclose room on first floor making it a classroom per drawing. 3. Relocate components of systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) that are affected by the remodel per drawing. 4. Provide plastic enclosure to keep the dust in the area of construction. 5. Provide covering for the flooring to protect from damage with the use of lifts and or other equipment. 6. Work with school for staging location of construction material, equipment, and debris for the duration of the project. 7. Keep areas around construction free and clear of material and debris to maintain a safe site for students and public. 8. Contractor to provide all lifts and equipment to complete the project. | ||
