Excavation necessary to install the footings, and abutments. B. Construction of footings and abutments as shown on the plans. C. Furnish and Install the Super Structure as described in the plans. LCFC reserves the right to refuse or reject any and all Bids for any reason or for no reason whatsoever. LCFC will accept the lowest and best evaluated Bid Price and the criteria for evaluating the Bids includes but is not limited to: Location and Serviceability of the bidder, versatility of the equipment and services, apparent dependability of the equipment and services, generally accepted reliability of manufacturer and services and reputation of bidder." Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. G. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. H. Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond. Successful bidders will be required to provide a payment and performance bond per the owner's requirements. The Bidder must be a pre-qualified contractor with the Kentucky DOT.
