Contract Award Date: Jun 05, 2023 Contract Award Number: W911WN23D3005 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: HTXMPS9MSCK9 Contractor Awarded Name: PATRIOT PROPERTY SERVICES LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Round Lake, IL 60073 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $312,119.04 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District has a need for a Requirements Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services at Stonewall Lake and Dam. Stonewall Dam is located on the West Fork River, three miles south of the county seat at Weston, West Virginia and 73 miles upstream from the river's mouth. From its source in Lewis and Upshur Counties, the West Fork River flows northward for 99 miles to Fairmont, West Virginia. There it joins the Tygart River to form the Monongahela River. Public-use facilities owned and operated by the Corps at Stonewall Lake include an administration building with a visitor information center and public restrooms, an outdoor plaza, walkways and overlook for viewing the dam, fishing access to the tail water area, hiking trail and visitor parking areas. Also present at Stonewall are 5 boat launches, 40 campsites, 6 recreation areas, wildlife management areas and Stonewall Lake. An overview of the services required includes, but is not limited to: mowing, trimming, and pesticide application, cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, pest and odor control, window washing/cleaning, minor maintenance, reporting of maintenance requirements, pressure washing, emptying trash receptacles, carpet shampooing, policing, cleaning cigarette receptacles and emptying of exterior trash receptacles in accordance with procedures established in the Performance Work Statement which will be provided with the solicitation. The contractor is required to furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel and vehicles. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services and the Small Business size is $30M. The anticipated base period of performance will be from 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, with four (4) one-year option periods if exercised by the government. The total contract term including the exercise of any options will not exceed 5 years 6 months.
