Description

Consolidate the long-term operation, maintenance, inspection and repair activities associated with Substation CVG-114, the 15KV class Power Distribution System and Street Lighting to one responsible entity. Expand to insure all underground equipment is included. All operation, maintenance, inspection and repair activities must be coordinated with the operations of the Central Utility Plant, the Air Force Complex, FDA and GSA Facilities.
