RFQ Engineering - Statewide Boating Access Improvements

Questions will continue to be accepted through January 4, 2021 with answers to be provided on an ongoing basis, but no later than January 6, 2021. Basic Services include:(1)Program Verification, (2)Schematic Design, (3)Design Development, (4)Construction Documents, (5)Bidding and Award OR GMP Proposal and Amendment (as applicable),(6)Construction Administration, and (7)Close out services. The Basic Feeincludes all professional design service sand consultant services necessary for proper completion of the Basic Services, including validation of existing conditions (but not subsurface or hidden conditions) andpreparation of cost estimates and design schedules for the project. The Estimated Basic Fee Rangeis calculated as a percentage of the Estimated Budget for Construction Cost above, including the Owners contingency.The Basic Fee excludes any Additional Services required for the project. ODNRs boating access points provide Ohioans with opportunities to safely access our waterways Cheshire and Campground boat launch areas located at Alum Creek State Park/ Delaware County East Fork Tate boat launch ramp, located at East Fork State Park/ Brown County Deer Creek West boat launch ramp, located at Deer Creek State Park/ Madison County Rocky Fork East boat launch ramp, located at Rocky Fork State Park/ Highland County Rocky Fork Seawall repairs, located at Rocky Fork State Park/ Highland County. Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. As of August 2, 2022, the issuance of short-list of firms has not been released.
