Library Carpet Replacement

Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the email address above no later than 08/10/2022 at 5:00 PM. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed electronically Remove and replace the existing carpet, including under the bookshelves, at the Haines City Public Library. Scope of Work 1. Moving/Lifting of all shelving, books and furniture. Utilizing Loaded Book Shelving methods is the preferred method. 2. Remove and dispose of existing carpet and vinyl cove base. Approximately 16,100 square feet of carpet. 3. Prepare substrate for application of new carpet and vinyl base. 4. Install new carpeting squares, vinyl base in Main Library, Community Room, Children's Room, Young Adult Room, Office Areas and Staff/Storage room. Bid Bond Required Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
