Holyoke Public Schools - Painting Projects At 3 Schools

The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the contract documents shall make a written request to the Assistant Chief Procurement Officer at morrowj@holyoke.org prior to 7/5/2023 @2:00 PM. Clarifications will be provided by 7/7/2023 @ 4:00 PM. Interior and Exterior Painting at 3 Schools in Holyoke. Contractor will be responsible for all Labor and Materials. Prevailing Wages must be used. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
