Bahia Mowing at Pear Park

1. Bahia Grass Mowing The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete Bahia grass mowing at PEAR Park (50 acres) located at 26701 US Hwy 27, Leesburg, Florida 34748. 2. Bahia mowing minimum mowing schedule Contractor shall assume these schedules are an absolute minimum and shall be altered based on need, temperature, rainfall, or other conditions that impact growth 3. Basic Park Maintenance Contractor shall be responsible for facilities and grounds and ensure that they are uniformly cleaned, hygienic, orderly, and attractive. Contractor shall provide adequate personnel, trained in the appropriate cleaning and janitorial methods and techniques to maintain the restrooms, facilities, and grounds to proper and satisfactory conditions during the scheduled times indicated. 4. Opening and Closing of Park Contractor shall be responsible for opening and closing entry gates and restroom doors and inspecting the grounds to ensure patron safety by 6:00AM opening and close at 10:00PM daily including weekends and holidays.
