Mechanical Site Prep, Land Management and Natural Community Restoration

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies in order to meet the needs of each individual project. Services to be procured may include but not be limited to any or all aspects of site preparation for prescribed fire, wildfire risk reduction (mowing, mulching, shredding, cutting, root raking, roller chopping, disking, hand crew), trail grading or improvement, Low Water Crossings (LWC) and culvert/pipe installation, placement of soil or woods road stabilization materials, foreign debris removal, removal or placement of fill, and habitat restoration and protection. All services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Contract.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Wetlands, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
