Runway Overlay Project

Plans and Specifications are for viewing purposes only. In order to bid on the project you must purchase the documents directly from Lead Edge Design Group, Inc. Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount is required. In lieu of the bid bond, a cashier's check, certified check, or cash may be accepted. Contract bonds (Performance and Labor & Material Payment) will be required at contract execution, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount, provided by sureties authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to readvertise or abandon this solicitation at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Nothing herein shall be construed as a commitment on the part of the Sponsor to award a contract.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Turf and Grasses.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Airfield Signaling and Control Equipment.
