Description 1. Remove existing p-traps and cap waste piping behind wall and patch at 27 sink/drinking fountains. 2. Abandon in place existing failing underground cast iron drain piping. Cap remaining ends water tight. 3. Install new p-traps/clean-outs under 27 sinks/drinking fountains. Re-pipe drain piping horizontally thru cabinets from 24 Classroom sinks to chase. 4. Run new 2" and 3" solid core schedule 80 PVC piping thru chase above grade and connect to Classroom sink and drinking fountain run-out piping. 5. Provide new pipe stands to support new drain piping in chase. 6. Provide new metal walkways over new drain piping in chase between recessed book cases. 7. Saw cut and remove concrete floor for trenching. 8. Install new 3" solid core schedule 40 PVC piping in trench and connect to existing 4" cast iron piping in breezeway. 9. Backfill trenching and pour new concrete floor to match existing.
