Nelms House - AYA Tower - SITE WORK

As of August 5, 2022, construction is underway but the general contractor is accepting subcontractor bids for SITE WORK. Vecino Construction is the general contractor for the Nelms House - AYA Tower project located at 1600 Connally Drive in East Point, GA. Nelms House - AYA Tower is a housing development focused on affordable housing for families in East Point. The Nelms House - AYA Tower project will consist of a historic remodel of a wood framed 9-story building that will have 88 apartments with centrally located residential amenities, community room, business center, offices, fitness center, exterior gathering area, and approximately 76 parking spaces.
