| Description | This contract preforms preventive maintenance and repair work on automatic sliding doors and automatic push button swing doors in Real Property facilities, listed in Technical Exhibit A. Renovations and construction projects may increase or decrease the number of automatic doors requiring service by approximately 10% throughout the duration of the contract. Due to the nature of this contract buildings with automatic doors may be added or removed from this contract due to construction of new facilities, renovation of existing facilities or demolition of facilities.
