The Village of Pulaski is requesting a Quote for Paving within the Village Limits. The necessary information follows. Location: Hinman Road (in front of the Elementary School, where Lake Street veers off to the left to Windcrest Drive). Hinman Road from Windcrest Drive to the Village Limits. Broad Street from Lake Street to Bridge Street. Scope of Work: Hinman Road (from school to top of Windcrest) Mill/True and level existing asphalt surfaces to be paved to a max depth of 2" with a 7' mill, operator and ground man including: hauling of millings off site, sweeping, and chipping around concrete gutters, manholes, or any other structures in work area. Hinman Road (from the Elementary School to the Village Limits) and Broad Street from Lake Street to Bridge Street. Apply a diluted tack coat with a heated and calibrated tack truck distributor at an application rate of .06 Gal/SY. Pave the milled surface with a 2" (compacted depth) Type 6F asphalt top course. Crack seal pavement termination joints at side streets connecting with project. Provide Traffic control. Pave the surface, milled and other, with a 2" (compacted depth) Type 6F asphalt top course. Crack seal pavement termination joints at side streets connect with project. Provide traffic control.
