Description

Providing services for a Comprehensive Facility Study. Prior experience in conditions assessments, space management, and facilities capital planning is encouraged. The City will assess municipal administration, fire, and police facilities, will evaluate the condition of recreation and facilities, and will evaluate the condition of and build upon existing studies for capital requirements for operations and maintenance departments (public works, facilities maintenance, etc). Additional assessments and capital planning may be requested as they are identified throughout the study.
