| Description | The Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education (CMBE) is soliciting qualifications from engineering and design firms to provide proposals for contract drawings and contract administration for Pavement Improvements for the following schools: Francis Bradley Middle School, Phillip O'Berry Academy of Technology-single phase, Charlotte Bilingual Preschool two phases, Olympic High School two phases, and Building Services 4 Phases.
