The keystone rural health consortia, owner, invitesbids for the renovation and expansion of its dental clinic,located at 118 n. Fraley st., kane, pa. The scope includes approximately 4,000 square feet of general construction, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A bid guaranty in the form of a suretycompany's bid bond shall be submitted with the proposal in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of thetotal bid amount. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates: this regulation and the general pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates, (act 422 of 1961, p.L. 987, amended), asdetermined by the secretary of labor and industry, whichshall be paid for each craft or classification of all workersneeded to perform the contract during the anticipatedterm therefore on the locality in which public work is performed, are made part of this specification.
