| Description | Berkeley County is requesting proposals for surface preparation, cleaning and recoating of the exterior of an existing 750,000 gallon elevated storage tank. The project will also involve the replacement of the existing obstruction lighting system for installation of a completely new LED obstruction lighting system that is compliant with all FAA requirements Question Deadline 12/02/2022 at 12:00 PM ET This Proposal does not commit Berkeley County to award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Proposal or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to reject any or all Bids received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. Bids over $100,000.00 shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. |
