McMillen Golf Cart Paths Phase 2

Site Directions: McMillen Park Golf Course Oxford & 3900 Hessen Cassel Fort Wayne, IN 46806 Project Category Code: Parks, Recreation, Trail Work, Golf Courses, Paving (Trail Paving) Description: Work includes but is not limited to: the replacement of asphalt golf paths at the McMillen Park Golf Course beginning with those on the front 9 holes. Improvements shall involve removal to a depth of 6" the existing asphalt, stone base, and subgrade. The installation of new aggregate base and asphalt-surface per drawings and specifications. Repair of all disturbed turf areas resulting from this work shall be included in the bid quantity. All work to provide for a complete installation and to be carried out in a timely manner according to the Contract Documents.
