Description

Rehabilitate an evaporation pond and provide a fully functioning sewage treatment pond system at Moore Air Base, Edinburg, Texas. The pond is approximately 415 ft x 250 ft x 8 ft. Work includes pumping the pond water, solids, and effluent, and disposing of the sludge on site. After removal of the underlayment liner the pond shall be excavated, leveled, and a new liner installed.
