| Description | SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase services from a qualified vendor upon completion of SUNY IFB#B65807, Hill-Rom Services Upgrade. Any vendor seeking to provide the services is encouraged to complete the IFB in its entirety before the due date and return it to SUNY Upstate. Requirement: Bidder must be certified by Hill-Rom and eligible to install Hill-Rom nurse call hardware in a hospital setting. Proof of certification is required with bid submission. Successful vendor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS "Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms along with any other applicable documents related to: Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a. Anyone who can provide the above describe product is invited to contact SUNY Upstate Hospital Purchasing Department. Contract term: 1 year |
