Description

Project includes one (1) base bid and two (2) alternate bids that consist of removal and replacement of sidewalk that has been lifted or damaged by tree roots in the Borough of Roselle. The base bid and alternate bids include approximately 450 SY of concrete sidewalk. The project includes the following work to accommodate the sidewalk replacement and repair damage created by tree roots; full depth repair, concrete curb, steel tree plate, asphalt apron, concrete apron, tree removal, stump grinding, stump removal and restoration.
