Description

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 1. Demo tile paver area on the east side of the building. Approx. 10'-0" x 20'-0" area. 2. Demo brick paver area on the east side of the building, saving the monogrammed pavers. Approx. area 65'-0" x 17'-0" area. 3. Demo concrete sidewalk at north end of building from front entryway to road. Approx. 66'-0" x 7'-0" area. 4. Demo concrete sidewalk at north end of building from east west sidewalk to north parking lot. Approx. 13'-0" x 7'-0" area. 5. Demo asphalt at northwest area of building. Approx. 12'-0" x 30'-0" area. 6. Demo asphalt from center of north bump out headed northwest toward ditch line. Approx. 55'-0" x 2'-0" area. 7. Demo asphalt at gutter downspout near electrical box on west side of building. Approx. 70'-0" x 3'-0" area. 8. Demo asphalt at north parking lot extension. Approx. 28'-0" x 8'-0" area. 9. Remove all landscaping/bushes at building perimeter. 10. Dispose of all demo debris off site. Drainage 1. Machine excavate and repair crushed drain tile in (2) areas. Approx. 12' deep at each location. 2. Backfill and compact in lifts. 3. Machine excavate and install (2) 6" drain pipes. Tying in both downspouts to one and flatwork area drains will tie in the other. These will run north along the edge of building. 4. Continue machine excavation/install (2) 6" drainpipes along the north edge of the building. These will connect to (2) yard drains. 5. Machine excavate and install (2) 8" drain pipes from yard drain and extending northwest approx. 55'-0" toward the ditch line. 6. Machine excavate and install (1) 6" drain pipe, tying in the downspout and sump lines at the west side of the building. Approx. 70'-0". 7. Machine excavate and install (1) 12" culvert at north parking lot extension. 8. Regrade existing ditch line extending flowline south to allow for underground pipe to drain into. 9. Backfill all excavations and haul spoil material off site. Flatwork 1. Restore east side paver areas with 5" thick concrete. Both areas to have center drains tying in to the new 6" drainpipe. 2. Restore sidewalk at north side of building. New sidewalk will extend to building. Install expansion joint and void cap at building. 3. Restore asphalt area with concrete at northwest and west side of the building. 4. Restore excavated parking areas with concrete. 5. Install new sidewalk at north bump out of building. Approx. 20' long by 5' wide.
