ECR Upgrades to Electrical, Controls, and Communications Project

1. Construction of a new electrical duct bank from the New Electrical Building (constructed under the Biosolids project) to within five (5) feet of the New Blower Electrical Building (located adjacent to the existing Blower Buildings and to be implemented under a separate RFQ); 2. Replacement of the switchgear in the existing Generator Building and placement of that switchgear in the New Electrical Building (Biosolids); 3. Installation of new fiber optic cables in the new conduits provided in the new duct back referenced in 1) as well as new fiber optic cable and conduits in locations not contiguous to the new electrical duct bank; and, 4. PLC replacement for PLCs No. 1, 2 and 3 in the ECR Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) control network. As indicated previously, the PLC Replacement will include the design of these replacement PLCs.
