During the time the bid is in the open solicitation and unawarded phase, Bidders may not contact any District staff or design consultants to inquire about the bidding process or any of the details contained in the Bid Package except in writing and by email to Director of Purchasing. Communication with District staff or representatives in a manner other than identified herein may result in disqualification. Provide new insulation and new TPO membrane, including all fasteners, terminations, copings, scuppers, roof drains, and miscellaneous metals.
