Heating System Repair and Replacement, Chimney Liners and Chimney Cleaning Services

This project is to become qualified to work on the A) Gas, Oil, Propane, Wood and Electric heating systems and space heater repairs and replacements. B) Heating System work i.e.: -Service calls and repairs -Replacement of furnaces and boilers -Retrofit measures -Clean tune and evaluations C) Miscellaneous related services including plumbing, asbestos abatement, chimney liners and chimney cleanings. Each of the above procurement types (A, B & C) will require the submission by the proposer of documentation including but not limited to: 1) Proof of Commercial General Liability (CGL) and Auto insurance covering all operations to be performed under the agreement, with minimum limits of: $1,000,000/$2,000,000/ $2,000,000 for plumbing and heating contractors including products completed insurance and worker's compensation insurance with $500,000 statutory limits covering the subcontractor's employees 1) Proof of liability insurance $1,000,000/1,000,000/ $1,000,000/1,000,000 for asbestos abatement contractors including products completed insurance, and worker's compensation insurance. 2) Appropriate Massachusetts licenses and certificates. 3) Warranty of products and services for a period of one year. 4) Agreement to comply with all federal and state regulations applicable to work performed by the applicant at CTI as an agent of government funded programs
