PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work provides for upgrading the plumbing systems at the Readiness Center including replacing domestic plumbing piping, fixtures, and drains, upgrading restrooms and showers for ADA, replacing water fountains, hot water heaters, and sewer and sanitary line upgrades. The scope of work also provides for upgrading the site storm water drainage as well as the domestic water and sanitary sewer service, replacing emergency exit and shower lights, and installing lighting controls throughout the facility.
