Broward County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any technicality in the bid documents, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the County. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope S2G, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope S2G for technical assistance. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G.
